We have successfully implemented a business information system in the serial production of fish feed. For years, we have been supporting the implemented system. Aller Aqua is a group of 8 companies worldwide, with headquarters in Denmark, producing food for freshwater and saltwater fish for over 50 years. We carried out the digitization project in a company in Serbia. The project showed that a quality team could implement the standard capabilities of the Microsoft ERP system while significantly improving the organization and work processes. The results at the end of the project (implementation within three months, complete digitization, especially production, complete localization and automation of legal forms, and automatic consolidation and specific reporting at the group level) show that we fully justified the trust established.

Žito Group is one of the largest groups in the territory of the former SFRY. The implementation project of the world-known ERP system included a strategic partnership aimed at digitizing the entire group, gradually starting with the meat industry. On the project, we achieved exceptional integration, automation, and reporting in the very specific production process and accounting. In the production part, supporting and tracking all transactions in two units of measure with a variable ratio was particularly challenging. With the great help of Žito Group’s internal IT, we managed to ensure complete monitoring in two units of measure, one of the biggest modifications we have ever made. All other processes of the meat industry, primarily in procurement, warehouse, and sales, have been fully digitized with the implemented ERP system.

We established cooperation at the entire group level since we digitized the operations of all three companies. The project in Serbia started at the end of 2021, aiming to begin live use from the beginning of 2023. The project includes standard business software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on distribution and inventory management, with support for all the specifics of pharmaceutical wholesale. The sphere of distribution of pharmaceutical products is well known to us, as we have digitized many companies from this industry. We expect Oktal Pharma Serbia will start using the world’s renowned ERP system at the beginning of 2023.

It currently consists of Arena Dental Polyclinic, Salona Dental Polyclinic, and Rident Dental Polyclinic. The company decided to implement the renowned worldwide ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The project’s idea is to digitize the entire group and integrate business functions and reporting through a unique tool.
