Our client, Ondaplast Balkan, has started working, 23.10.2018, in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. After the past few months, last week, we have finished all phases of the project and did the User acceptance testing (UAT test), and the system was ready to go live.
Ondaplast is an Italian company that opened its office in Subotica, as Ondaplast Balkan, at the beginning of 2018. It is a production company specialized in plastic packaging production. In the next period, the company has plans to increase production capacity and employ more than 100 people. Consequently, the implementation of a world-renowned information system is crucial for the company’s management and automation of business processes, and all required future changes.
Our NAV team was entrusted with this project implementation, and they carried out according to the Sure Step methodology, which Microsoft recommends for implementing the Dynamics NAV solution. The scope of the project includes primarily production management, as well as sales and procurement management. Also, on this project, we have used the IN2 Localization Solution, which means that all functionalities are in compliance with the legal regulations.
